Indications for use: Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate migraine pain, headache, back pain, menstrual pain, toothache, rheumatic and muscle pain, mild arthritis pain, cold and flu symptoms, sore throat and fever. This drug is particularly suitable for the treatment of pain that requires a stronger analgesic effect than ibuprofen or paracetamol used alone.

Contraindication: his drug is contraindicated:
- patients with known individual hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, paracetamol or other components of the drug;
- patients with a history of hypersensitivity reactions (for example, bronchospasm, angioedema, bronchial asthma, rhinitis or urticaria) after taking ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;
- with peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum/bleeding in an active form or relapses in history (two or more pronounced episodes of peptic ulcer disease or bleeding);
- patients who have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation associated with the use of NSAIDs;
- patients with blood coagulation disorders;
- patients with severe liver, kidney or heart failure (class IV according to the NYHA classification);
- with simultaneous use with other drugs that contain paracetamol, due to the increased risk of serious adverse reactions;
- with the simultaneous use of other drugs that contain NSAIDs, including COX-2 inhibitors and acetylsalicylic acid in a daily dose of more than 75 mg, due to the increased risk of adverse reactions;
- during the last trimester of pregnancy due to the risk of premature closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus with possible pulmonary hypertension.
