Indications for use: Symptomatic treatment of acute respiratory infections and flu:
- elevated body temperature;
- headache;
- nasal congestion;
- undead;
- pain and aches in the muscles.

Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe liver and/or kidney function disorders, congenital hyperbilirubinemia, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, glutathione reductase, alcoholism, blood diseases, severe anemia, leukopenia, thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, conditions accompanied by increased excitement; sleep disturbance; severe arterial hypertension; organic diseases of the cardiovascular system, rare hereditary states of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrose-isomaltose deficiency in severe arterial hypertension, decompensated heart failure, cardiac conduction disorders, bronchial asthma, severe atherosclerosis, tendency to spasm of blood vessels, coronary disease heart, glaucoma (especially closed-angle), pheochromocytoma. The period of pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The drug is contraindicated for elderly patients; in epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, acute pancreatitis, prostatic hypertrophy with urinary retention, bladder neck obstruction, pyloroduodenal obstruction, severe forms of diabetes. Do not use simultaneously with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors and within 2 weeks after stopping the use of MAO inhibitors. Contraindicated in patients taking tricyclic antidepressants or beta-blockers, other sympathomimetics, drugs that suppress or increase appetite, and amphetamine-like psychostimulants.
